In general, the hotel was clean and comfortable enough to be a base for exploring the city and a safe place to return to at night. The staff were happy to make recommendations for nearby food and entertainment. Plus, the fridge in the room is a nice touch.

The hotel's location was a bit inconvenient and the ongoing construction around the hotel was an eyesore. , the variety and quality of vegan food options were rather dismal - we had to resort to eating elsewhere.

The Easter chocolates given at check-in were nice and the complementary breakfast and Wi-Fi were a big plus. the hotel's location close to the main market was very convenient for shopping and exploring the city. the balcony view was a great feature and I enjoyed sitting out there in the evenings.

the elevator was not working early in the morning when I needed to leave and I had to carry my bags down the stairs.
